Dina Radwan has a diverse range of work experience. Dina began their career at Shell as a Trainee in the Information Technology Department, where they assisted with financial and budget activities and worked on the company's website. Dina then moved on to work at The Paper as a Deputy Editor, where they were responsible for editing articles, copy editing the entire issue, and writing articles.
Dina joined Microsoft as an Enterprise & Partner Group Administrator, where they organized and planned training courses, communicated with vendors, and managed the Microsoft Partner Academy Program. Dina later became a Customer and Partner Experience Lead, where they introduced the CPE concept to the company, partnered with the local leadership team to drive CPE culture and accountability improvements, and increased CPE visibility through various communication channels.

Dina Radwan obtained their Thanaweya Amma Science Certificate from Cleopatra Language School from 1985 to 1997. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from The American University in Cairo, graduating in 2002.
