Daniel R. Grabell

Dan focuses his practice on commercial real estate matters in such areas as commercial leasing, acquisition, disposition, development and financing of real estate. He works with developers, retailers, private equity firms and other national and local businesses.

Dan’s work includes preparing financing and other real estate transactional documents and conducting due diligence for real estate transactions to resolve title, survey and other due diligence issues.

Prior to joining the firm, Dan worked as an associate in the commercial group of a prominent law firm in Wilmington, Delaware. He has experience in counseling domestic and international, public and private companies in the financial services, investment management, and real estate industries.
