Tom Hayes

Tom Hayes has extensive experience in the recruitment industry, currently serving as Client Partner - Quality at Klein Hersh International since July 2010. In this role, Tom has been involved in prominent searches, including a Director of Analytical Development & Quality Control position for a startup radiopharmaceutical company in Boston, MA. Prior to this, Tom worked at The Matlen Silver Group from August 2006 to July 2010, where positions included Senior Director of Quality Assurance, Director of Quality Assurance, and Technical Recruiter.
