Lauren Brady

Lauren Brady, MBA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources Operations at Klein Tools since July 2022, after holding the position of Senior Human Resources Manager. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Business Partner at GameStop and managing a political campaign for Mike Egan for Congress. Previously, Lauren held several roles at Pier 1, including Senior Manager for Merchandise & People Operations, during which significant workforce design efforts occurred amidst bankruptcy proceedings. Other professional highlights include co-owning Delta Quality Sleep Centers LLC and owning Aspire Marketing Management, as well as various leadership roles at Target. Lauren holds an MBA in Strategy from Texas Christian University and a Bachelor of Science in Merchandising from the University of North Texas.
