Michael Shtilman

Michael Shtilman is an experienced electrical engineering professional currently serving as the Manager of Electrical Engineering at Klein Tools since October 2021. In this role, Michael manages electrical engineering product design activities, providing technical direction to ensure optimal product designs that meet performance criteria and project schedules. Prior to this, Michael held various roles at Buehler An ITW Company, including Electrical Engineering Manager, where responsibilities encompassed new product development and sustaining engineering. Michael's earlier experience includes positions at OTTO Engineering, Bodine Electric Company, and Soreq NRC, focusing on electronic circuit design, motor controls, and systems development. Michael earned a Master of Business Administration with a focus on leadership and global strategies from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
