Carolann Grossmann

CarolAnn Grossmann has a rich and extensive work experience in project management and business operations. CarolAnn started their career at Baxter International Inc. in 1998, where they held various managerial roles in Global IT Infrastructure and Services and Global Business Process, Asset, and Supplier Management. CarolAnn then moved to Baxalta, Shire, and Takeda, taking on roles such as Business Manager and Operations Manager. In these positions, they led global telecommunications and network management programs, managed supplier relationships, and developed standard operating procedures. Currently, CarolAnn is working at Kleinschmidt as the Director of Project Management.

CarolAnn Grossmann has completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. CarolAnn also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Rutgers University.
