Amy Spence

Amy Spence has extensive experience in account management and leadership roles, currently serving as SVP and Management Director at Area 23 since May 2015, following a progression from VP to Account Supervisor. Prior to this, Amy held senior account and executive positions at Entrée Health LLC and served as an Associate Account Executive at Synapse Medical Communications. Initial experience includes an Account Coordinator role at Vox Medica and a Communications Associate position at The Harrison Group. Additional volunteer work at Ronald McDonald House and participation in a radio show at the University of Iowa highlight strong communication and organizational skills. Amy holds a B.A. in Communication Studies from the University of Iowa, earned in 2011.
