James Ballaban

James Ballaban is an accomplished finance and operations executive with extensive experience in leading technology and product divisions. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Finance Operations at Klick since May 2014, James has played a pivotal role in defining and establishing product operations within a professional services framework, optimizing the software development lifecycle, and enhancing cross-functional management. Prior to Klick, James founded Lightfire Inc., a digital agency that achieved over $1MM in annual revenue. James also held senior technical roles at Klick Communications, G-Netech Pty Ltd, and Sprint, showcasing strong leadership in technology architecture and development. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from McMaster University.
