Rafael Natanek

Rafael Natanek is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and consulting sectors. Currently serving as a General Partner at Gilde Healthcare since December 2018, Rafael also holds multiple supervisory board positions at companies including Koscher & Würtz GmbH, Christian Diener GmbH & Co. KG, KLIFO A/S, and Jecture GmbH. Prior to their current roles, Rafael was a Partner at Bain & Company and an Associate Principal at McKinsey. Rafael holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University, as well as a Master's thesis in Biochemical catalyses from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master of Science in Biomedical sciences from Lund University.
