Rikke Dencker

Rikke Dencker serves as HR Senior Director at KLIFO since March 2021, following a tenure as Head of Group HR and lawyer at SOS International from February 2017 to March 2021. Previously, Rikke held roles as Advokat and chefkonsulent at Dansk Erhverv from 2008 to February 2017, and as Stud.jur. at both Lederne and HTS Arbejdsgiverorganisation, where legal advisement was provided on employment and labor law matters. Rikke's career began at Tryg Baltica A/S, working as an insurance consultant and sales trainee from 1999 to 2002. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Law from Københavns Universitet and a Bachelor's in Law from the University of Technology Sydney.
