Felicia Isola

Felicia Isola has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as a Public Policy Analyst Intern at the FAO in 2012. In 2014, they became a Business Development and B2B Marketing Intern at ShoeSize.Me AG. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at Accenture in various roles, including Portfolio Management Analyst Financial Services, Management Consulting Analyst, and Digital Strategy Analyst. In 2017, they moved to Octopus Investments, where they held the roles of Business & Operations Manager and Operations Associate at Octopus Labs. In 2020, they became a Product Manager at Billie and a Mother at Isola Kodderitzsch Family. Felicia is currently working as a Head of Business Development (B2B) at Klima and a Personal & Business Coach at Isola Coaching.

Felicia Isola obtained an International Baccalaureate Diploma from the United Nations International School, Hanoi Vietnam in 2009. Felicia then went on to study Economics & Politics with proficiency in Spanish at the University of Exeter, graduating with a First BA (Hons) in 2014. In 2015, they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in International Public Policy from UCL. Currently, they are studying for a Coaching Qualification from Coaching Akademie Berlin in Systemic coaching (personal & business coaching). Additionally, they are First Aid Certified.
