Adriana Vianna has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Adriana began their career as an Administrative Assistant at Construtora Cowan in 2009 and then moved on to Lider Field as a Human Resources Assistant in 2012. In 2013, they worked as an Auxiliar Administrativo at Schahin Engenharia. From 2014 to 2016, Adriana worked at Ânima Educação as an Administrative Assistant, where they were responsible for customer service and providing support to the academic department. Adriana joined ArcelorMittal Brasil as an HR Intern in 2016 and then transitioned to Brasil Dealer Group as an HR Intern, where they were involved in recruitment and selection processes, payroll and finance activities, and benefits management. In 2019, Adriana joined ENGIE Brasil as a People & Culture Intern and later became a People & Culture Assistant (Temporary). In their role, they gained experience in HR processes and assisted with various HR functions. From 2020 to 2021, they worked at UP - Gestão de Pessoas as an HR Consultant, where they specialized in recruitment processes, organizational psychodiagnostic, salary research, and acted as a Business Partner. Most recently, Adriana joined Symplicity Brasil in 2021 as a Tech Recruiter and is currently working at Klir as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Adriana Vianna earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Centro Universitário UNA, where they studied from 2015 to 2019. In 2023, they pursued a Postgraduate Degree in Organizations and Work: People Management, Technologies and Innovation from PUC Minas, which they completed in 2024. Additionally, in September 2020, Adriana obtained a certification in Business Partner - Essentials from LEADERRH - Gestão Estratégica de Recursos Humanos.
