Pablo Urrutia

Pablo Urrutia is an experienced geotechnical engineer currently serving as Operations Manager for the Mining Environmental Group at Klohn Crippen Berger since January 2018, after holding the position of Senior Geotechnical Engineer. Prior roles include Senior Geotechnical Engineer at Amec Foster Wheeler from March 2012 to December 2017, and Graduate Research Assistant at The University of British Columbia from 2009 to 2012, where research focused on soil cover systems for mine reclamation. Earlier experience includes working as a Geotechnical Engineer at AMEC and as a Junior Geotechnical Engineer at MRA (Ex MR & Asociados). Pablo Urrutia holds a Master of Applied Science in Mining Engineering from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
