Cici Chen

Cici Chen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in internal control, audit, and compliance across multiple prestigious organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Internal Control at Klook since October 2019, Cici Chen is responsible for IT audit, compliance review, and enhancement of access management and data analysis capabilities. Prior to Klook, Cici Chen held the position of Expert of Internal Control at LinkSure, where the development of an overall empowerment system was managed. Cici Chen also served as Senior Manager of Internal Audit at Vipshop, leading the establishment of an internal control system and successfully managing SOX compliance projects. Earlier experience includes a Manager role at Protiviti, where Cici Chen oversaw multiple projects related to compliance and internal audit. Cici Chen holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Sun Yat-sen University - Lingnan (University) College and a Bachelor's degree in Information Management and Information Systems from Sun Yat-sen University.
