Stefanie Futschek

Stefanie Futschek is an experienced professional with a strong background in project and portfolio management, operational excellence, and sustainability. Currently serving as Betriebsleiter Werk Spritzen and Group Multiprojectmanagement at Klosterfrau Berlin GmbH since April 2018, Stefanie has led various initiatives, including S/4Hana implementation and the development of a Lean program. In July 2023, Stefanie took on the role of Nachhaltigkeitsmanager/Head of Sustainability at Klosterfrau Healthcare Group. Prior experience includes serving as Site OE Expert at GSK, where Stefanie managed strategic cross-department projects and implemented operational excellence principles. From January 2010 to December 2013, Stefanie was a Junior Project Manager at BERLIN-CHEMIE Menarini, focusing on multiproject management and process optimization. Stefanie holds a Diplom in Wirtschaftsingenieur from Technische Hochschule Wildau and further education from the Institute of Distance Learning - Berlin University of Applied Sciences and Technology.
