Hermann Siebert

Hermann Siebert has extensive experience in the lubrication industry, with a focus on sales, marketing, and application engineering. Hermann started their career at Schaeffler as a Tribology Executive in 1987. Hermann then joined Tribol GmbH as an OEM Manager Europe in 1989 and later became the Manager of Technical Services and Customer Services. In 1994, they moved to Castrol, where they served as the Manager of Technical Services and Customer Services and later as the International OEM Manager. Siebert joined Klüber Lubrication in 2002 as the Head of Application Engineering and held various positions within the company, including the Head of Marketing and Application Engineering Asia Pacific and the Head of Marketing and Application Engineering East Europe Regional Sustainability Coordinator. Currently, they serve as the Managing Director Sales and Marketing of Klüber Lubrication Romania SRL.

Hermann Siebert obtained their Fachoberschulreife degree in Konstruktionstechnik from Gymnasium Köln Zollstock (Europa Schule Zollstock) in the years 1971 to 1978. Hermann then pursued their Master of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering - machine designing from the University of Applied Sciences Düsseldorf between 1983 and 1987.
