Susan Gardner

Susan Gardner is an experienced professional in the field of chemistry, currently serving as R&D Manager at Kluber Lubrication since February 2010, where previous roles included Regional R&D Chemist and Consultant. Prior to this, Susan worked as a Senior R&D Chemist at Nye Lubricants, Inc., focusing on lubricant formulation and base oil synthesis. Susan's career began at Physical Sciences, Inc. as a Principal Scientist, specializing in the design and formulation of novel materials, and included experience in writing grant proposals for funding. Susan completed a postdoctoral research position at the University of Massachusetts in Polymer Science and holds a PhD in Chemistry from Michigan State University, an M.S. in Chemistry from The Ohio State University, and a B.A. in Chemistry from Miami University.
