Kalle Sveder

Kalle Sveder is the current Director of Sales at Klue. Prior to this, they were a Sr. Regional Manager at Salesforce from October 2015 to February 2020. In this role, Kalle led a group of Account Executives and was responsible for transforming the way SMB businesses operate in Western Canada. Kalle also developed future leaders through hiring, training, coaching, and promoting external talent.

Prior to their time at Salesforce, Kalle was the COO & Co-founder of SKIO Music from August 2013 to October 2015. Before that, they worked as an Account Manager - Large Customer Sales at Google from June 2012 to August 2013. Kalle also has experience as a Sales Coach, which they did at Prorespektera from September 2011 to May 2012. Their very first Sales Manager role was at If P&C Insurance from September 2010 to June 2011.

Throughout their career, Kalle has consistently demonstrated their ability to drive sales growth and build high-performing teams. Kalle is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in both startup and large corporate environments.

Kalle Sveder has a Bachelor's degree in Business; Marketing, Organization and International business from Uppsala University. Kalle also has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science; Public Management from Stockholm University. Kalle has also done exchange studies in International Relations, EU Politics and Conflict Resolution from University of Amsterdam. Kalle is certified from Cerebral Selling in Foundations of Sales Leadership, Corporate Visions in Corporate Visions Sales Leadership and Corporate Visions Sales. Kalle is also certified from Co-Active Training Institute in Co-Active Coaching (1 & 2). Last but not the least, Kalle is certified from Sandler Training in Conscious Selling.
