Michael Lee is a Customer Success Analyst at Klue. Prior to joining Klue, they worked as an Operations Specialist at SAP from September 2020 to March 2021. Michael also worked as a Jr. Business Analyst at Vancouver Coastal Health from April 2019 to August 2019. In this role, they worked on the CST (Clinical & Systems Transformation) Project, Canada's largest healthcare project. Michael supported the implementation of a common clinical information system that replaced existing ageing systems in BC. Michael also collected business requirements, developed surgical workflow diagrams and evaluated auditing reports. Additionally, Michael validated custom objects, fields, security settings, reports and dashboards across nine surgical applications and helped localize/customize information for each individual healthcare site. Michael represented the Surgery & Anaesthesia Design Team in System Integration Testing (SIT) where design teams participated in executing and designing test scripts ahead of go-live. Michael assisted in conducting validation and design sessions with physicians and clinical staff. Michael also drafted surgical workbooks/training manuals for different functions within each surgical application and compiled them into Confluence for clinical staff to use as educational reference. Lastly, they completed validation and testing for Cerner's surgical applications across 3 domains.
