Sarah S. has a diverse range of work experience. Sarah started their career as a Clinical Research Assistant at the Human and Environmental Physiology Research Unit, where they conducted independent research projects and supervised recruitment sessions. Following this, they worked as a Junior Project Officer at the Canadian Intellectual Property Office, where they coordinated with stakeholders, analyzed user feedback, and developed web pages. Sarah then served as a Junior Policy Analyst at the Public Health Agency of Canada, focusing on policy analysis. Sarah later joined Carleton University as a Project Manager, leading various projects. At Proof, they worked as a Digital Project Analyst, implementing pilot projects and launching digital products for government clients. Sarah's next role was an Onboarding Specialist at medchart, where they optimized the medical record request process. Most recently, they worked at Treehouse as a Product & Customer Success Manager, overseeing the launch of a premium software tier. Currently, Sarah is a Growth Customer Success Manager at Klue.

Sarah S. completed their Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa, graduating in 2017. Sarah then pursued a Master of Science in Health: Science, Technology, and Policy at Carleton University from 2017 to 2019, focusing on Public Health.
