Director Of Engineering at KLX Energy Services

Bobby Stratton began their work experience in 2006 at Weatherford as a Design Engineer. In this role, they performed mechanical stress analysis on tools, designed new tools, and organized product testing. Bobby then transitioned to the role of Development Engineer, where they performed engineering tasks such as stress analysis and material selection.

In 2011, Bobby became a Senior Applications Engineer at Weatherford, where they developed design packages and calculated ISO ratings for customer requirements. Bobby later became a Tech Team Leader and then an Engineering Supervisor for Completions and Open Hole.

In 2017, Bobby joined KLX Energy Services as a Technical Manager. After two years, they were promoted to the position of Director of Engineering.

Bobby Stratton began their education in 2001 at Texas A&M University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Bobby successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2006. In 2007, Bobby moved on to the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas to earn their MBA. Bobby studied at UT Dallas until 2011, graduating with their Master of Business Administration degree.
