Currently serving as Manager - Operations and HR at Klystron Global since August 2022, Raji plays a key role in the company's digital transformation journey. Prior to this, Raji held the position of Sr HR and Administration Manager - Group at Maxell Finpower, overseeing HR for multiple subsidiaries within the ISO 9001:2015 certified Maxell Group of Companies. Raji's professional journey includes roles such as Human Resources & Operations Manager at Three Lines Group, HR & Administration Manager at Arabian Automobile Association, and HR/Administration/Finance Manager at CONSCIENCE BUSINESS SOLUTIONS. Raji began the career as an HR Executive at SeaView Support Systems and spent nearly a decade as QA/Team Lead at Msquared.
