Marc Mele has diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Marc began their career at Accenture as a Manager in 1996 and worked there until 2004. Marc then joined Cleartel Communications, where they served as VP Finance Projects from 2007 to 2008 and later as VP Product Development & Management from 2004 to 2009. During their time at Cleartel, they played a key role in company acquisitions and business integrations, including financial projections, workforce planning, and vendor negotiations. In 2009, Marc joined Daedalus Capital as Vice President, overseeing Finance & Marketing and contributing to sales development and software implementations. Marc also served on the Board of Directors of Sea Star Initiative, an organization focused on child education and arts enrichment, from 2009 to 2010. From 2010 to 2015, Marc worked at Arise Virtual Solutions Inc. as Sr. Client Results. Most recently, they have been employed at KM2 Solutions, starting as Senior Director of Client Services in 2015 and progressing to Vice President and Senior Vice President roles. Marc is currently Senior Vice President of Client Services and Business and Performance Analytics at KM2 Solutions.
Marc Mele graduated from Marist College with a degree in political science and International Studies in 1995. During their time at Marist College, they also pursued a minor in Communication. In 1993, they briefly attended Trinity College Dublin, where they studied Business Economics and Social Sciences. Marc Mele has also obtained several certifications in entrepreneurship and business growth, including "Developing Innovative Ideas for New Companies: The First Step in Entrepreneurship" from Coursera Verified Certificates, "Grow to Greatness: Smart Growth for Private Businesses, Part I" from the DARDEN GRADUATE SCHOOL OF BUSINESS, and "Grow to Greatness: Smart Growth for Private Businesses, Part II" from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
