Brad Green

Brad Green has a diverse work experience in the field of application development and product management, primarily in the building automation systems industry. Brad worked as a Product Manager at KMC Controls since 2019. Prior to that, Brad worked at NexRev from 2012 to 2019, where they held the roles of Application Development and Systems Integration Manager. Brad was responsible for designing custom control applications, gathering customer requirements, and developing comprehensive solutions for building operations. Brad also led the development of NexRev's Freedom EMS product line and managed a team to execute EMS projects.

Before NexRev, Brad worked at Novar from 2004 to 2012. Brad started as an Applications Engineer, designing energy management system interfaces for non-typical HVAC projects in the retail market space. Later, they served as Solutions Development Engineer, estimating energy savings for installation of Novar energy management systems. Brad also held the role of Commercial Engineering Manager, leading a cross-functional team and generating financial presentations for energy projects.

Additionally, Brad has experience as a Field Technician at Matrix Controls Group in 2003. Brad programmed and commissioned HVAC systems, provided technical support to electrical sub-contractors, and had experience with Invensys software.

Brad Green obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, and Refrigeration from Ferris State University, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. In 2006, they also earned a certification as a LEED AP from the USGBC institution.
