Tansie Horncastle Shipowick

Tansie Horncastle Shipowick has extensive experience in the field of human resources, predominantly in the mining and construction industries. Tansie is currently working as the Corporate Director of HR at KMC Mining, where they have held various HR leadership positions since 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of HR & Safety at Gateway Mechanical Services from 2018 to 2022 and as the Human Resources Manager from 2015 to 2018. Tansie also worked as a Senior HR Delivery Partner at CH2M HILL from 2013 to 2014 and as a Human Resources Assistant Manager at Nuna Logistics from 2009 to 2013. Tansie started their career as a Human Resources Field Manager at Encore Coring and Drilling (Div. Ensign Drilling) from 2005 to 2009 and as a Human Resources Coordinator at Terracore Specialty Drilling Ltd. from 2003 to 2005.

From 2005 to 2007, Tansie Horncastle Shipowick attended NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology) and studied Human Resources Management and Services. Tansie did not obtain a degree at this institution.
