Amitesh Ahir

Amitesh Ahir has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Amitesh is currently working as the Vice President - Business Development at K M Dastur Reinsurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President at Weather Risk Management Services Pvt. Ltd. from 2017 to 2021. Amitesh also worked as the Director of Business Strategy at MphRx and Co-Founder of the Healthcare Practice at 3 Levers Advisory. Amitesh has held various managerial positions, including Assistant Vice President at Medsave healthcare(TPA) Ltd, Senior Manager at Medsave, and Manager at UNISECURE FIN DISTRIBUTORS PVT LTD. Amitesh also has experience working in the banking sector, having served as a Manager at Standard Chartered Bank, ABU DHABI, UAE, and Cluster Manager at ICICI Lombard. Overall, they have a strong background in business development, strategy, and management.

Amitesh Ahir holds an MBA in Marketing/General Management from Western International University, which was obtained between 2003 and 2005. Before that, they earned a B.Tech in Computer Science from BCET from 1998 to 2002. Amitesh also completed a Six Sigma Green Belt certification at KPMG in 2011. Additionally, they are currently pursuing an Associate degree in General Insurance at the Insurance Institute of India.
