Aleksandra Dudczak

Aleksandra Dudczak is a Senior Employer Branding Specialist at KMD Poland since January 2022, actively contributing to global initiatives within the International Corporate Communication Team and leading the execution of a strategic Employer Branding plan. Previous experience includes roles at Armatis-LC Polska as an Internal Communication and Employer Branding Specialist, where collaboration with international teams and project management were key responsibilities. Aleksandra has also worked as a Recruitment and Employer Branding Specialist at RB and has experience in various creative and hospitality roles. Educational qualifications include degrees from the University of Warsaw and the Università per Stranieri di Perugia, specializing in journalism, media studies, and Italian Philology.
