Kelsey Bright

Kelsey Bright, P.E. is an experienced civil engineer currently serving as the Lead Civil Engineer at KMEA since March 2023. Prior to this role, Kelsey worked as a Civil Designer at RaganSmith from July 2021 to April 2023, and as Designer II at Alfred Benesch & Company following the acquisition of S+H Group, where Kelsey was a Project Engineer from November 2019 to November 2020. Kelsey's early career included roles as an Engineer at MSA Professional Services, focusing on wastewater treatment facilities, and as a Planning and Engineering Intern at Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District, where project contributions improved billing accuracy using GIS. Kelsey also held positions as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Noguera Research Group and as a Lead Academic Mentor at the Center for Academic Excellence. Kelsey earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil/Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2017.
