Omri Shoval

Omri Shoval is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in training, education, and project management. Currently serving as the Learning and Training Manager at KMS Lighthouse since June 2022, responsibilities include developing internal learning strategies, client training solutions, and facilitating training and events. Additionally, Omri is an active volunteer with CISV International, contributing to peace education and enhancing educational content. Previous roles include Statutory Team Leader and Knowledge & IT Manager at Agat Engineering Consulting and Project Manager at Kachlit Project Management Ltd. Omri holds a Master's degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from Holon Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
