Iulia Stratulat

Iulia Stratulat has worked in the customer service and technical support industry since 2007. Iulia began their career as a Customer Service Representative at RCS & RDS SA, providing technical and commercial assistance to clients. In 2011, they moved to ORACLE Romania as a Dispatch Co-ordinator, ensuring that engineers and parts were delivered to customers in a timely manner. In 2013, they moved to World Wide Web Hosting, LLC as a Customer Service Specialist, offering support via phone and tickets. In 2016, they joined SiteGround Web Hosting Company as a L1 Technical Support. Most recently, they have been working at Knack since 2021, where they have held the roles of Technical Support Specialist and Customer Success.

Iulia Stratulat attended Universitatea “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” din Iași from 2004 to 2008, where they studied Business Informatics.
