Dr. Guy H. has a strong entrepreneurial background, with their most recent role being the Founder of Guru, a career guidance platform that helps individuals find their best career paths. Prior to that, they founded Ascend, a pioneering Mind Exchange that allows individuals to raise capital to develop their talent and change the world. Dr. H. also founded Knack, a company that revolutionizes talent assessment by revealing soft skills and human potential through game-based assessments.

Dr. Guy H. completed their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Dr. Guy then pursued further studies and earned their Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Law and Economics from Columbia University. Following this, they went on to attend Harvard University, where they obtained their SJD (Doctorate) degree in Law, Economics, and Business.
