Robin Li

Robin Li has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. In 2012, they started their career as a Research Assistant and Graphic Designer at Western University, where they developed promotional strategies and created eye-catching advertisement materials. They then moved on to Graphesium Studios in 2015, initially as a Lead Artist/Designer and later transitioned to a Front End Developer role. At Graphesium Studios, they managed and maintained an e-commerce storefront, rewrote the website using React, and developed a custom AWS Lambda middleware gateway to enhance API security. In 2019, Robin worked as a Full Stack Developer at Freelancer.com, designing and implementing responsive websites with React and integrating them with REST APIs. From 2021 to 2022, they served as a Frontend Engineer at PayPal, where they developed a design system and integrated it with Contentful CMS, resulting in improved content pipeline efficiency. Currently, Robin holds the position of a Software Developer, ATC Training at NAV CANADA, where they lead the development of a browser-based airspace simulation using React, Redux, and Matter.js. Robin Li completed their Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences from Western University in 2014.
