Leah Washburn

Leah Washburn, CPTD, is a seasoned professional in talent management and development with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Talent Management at Knauf Insulation North America since October 2022, Leah has previously held roles such as Talent Management and Diversity Manager and Learning and Development Manager at USG from June 2018 to October 2022. Prior to that, Leah worked at Kaplan Higher Education from November 2007 to May 2018, where positions included Instructional Designer, Training Coordinator, and Administrative Assistant. Leah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Iowa and a Master of Education in Instructional Technology from Kaplan University.
