Marian Tkac

Marian Tkac has extensive experience in plant management and project management within the manufacturing sector. Since October 2009, Marian has served as Plant Manager at Knauf Insulation, overseeing all activities and resources to meet financial and operational objectives in compliance with corporate policies and regulations. Prior to this role, Marian was a Plant Manager at Holcim from October 2003 to January 2009, managing Slovakia's largest cement plant, focusing on production efficiency, cost management, and personnel development. Marian also held the position of Strategic Project Manager at Holcim, where responsibilities included managing cluster-level projects across multiple countries and implementing a unified SAP platform. Marian holds a degree from Technická univerzita vo Zvolene, completed between 1981 and 1985.
