Jean-Pierre Bird

Jean-Pierre Bird is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the Life Sciences sector, currently serving as Global Commercial Director at KNect365 Life Sciences since January 2017, where responsibilities include managing $26 million in revenue across over 30 events. In addition, Jean-Pierre has held the role of Commercial Director at KNect365 since January 2016 and acts as a Subject Matter Expert for the Informa GAP Sales transformation initiative. Prior experience includes positions such as Head of Events at Informa Telecoms & Media and Head of Sales at Informa, complemented by earlier roles as Group Event Manager at UBM Built Environment and UBM plc. Jean-Pierre holds a 2-1 degree in Art Design & Communication from the University of Portsmouth.
