Lauren Farmen

Lauren Farmen is an experienced professional in workforce development and education, currently serving as the Leadership Development & Planning Manager and previously as the Workforce Development, Recruitment, and Events Coordinator at Knife River Corporation since February 2020. Prior to this role, Farmen was the AGC Industry Liaison for the School of Civil and Construction Engineering at Oregon State University from February 2013 to February 2020. Other notable positions include CTE Instructor, FFA Advisor, and Activities Director at Dallas High School, as well as a Temporary Agricultural Education Teacher at Crane Union High School. Farmen began the professional journey with various roles at Oregon State University, including internships focused on event coordination and an undergraduate research assistant position. Farmen holds a Master’s of Science in Agricultural Teacher Education and a Bachelor's of Science in Agriculture from Oregon State University.
