Amy Redfern-Woods

Amy Redfern-Woods is currently an Associate in Italy at Knight Frank, a leading global property consultancy. Amy has over four years of experience in handling the sale and rental of high-end luxury properties ranging from £1m-£75m. In their previous role as a Sales Negotiator at Aylesford International, they were in charge of an online sales portfolio of approximately £350,000,000 and a rental portfolio of approximately 100 properties with an average rental value of £17,500 per week.

Amy has regular experience with international travel to maintain good relations with International Associates and developing new business opportunities across Aylesford’s key destinations in Australia, the Balearics, France, Greece, Italy, Morocco, Spain, Switzerland, and the Caribbean. Amy is also experienced in implementing and coordinating marketing strategy and PR activities. These activities have included facilitating and enhancing lines of communication with the PR team to ensure the portfolio is promoted in an appropriate manner, as well as regularly providing specific market comment to compliment international press coverage including Country Life, FT, HTSI, The Sunday Times Homes section and Property Guru.
