Neil Brookes

Neil Brookes is a seasoned professional in international real estate transactions, currently serving as the Global Head of Capital Markets and Asia Pacific Head of Capital Markets at Knight Frank since December 2013. With 15 years of experience, Neil has overseen significant cross-border transactions exceeding $8 billion in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to this role, Neil was a Director in the International Investments team at CB Richard Ellis, where responsibilities included sourcing and analyzing property portfolios for institutional clients across Europe and Asia. Neil's experience also includes serving as a Director at Savills and as an Associate at Knight Frank. Neil holds a BSc Hons in Real Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University, obtained in 2001.
