Brent Hawley

Brent Hawley has a diverse work experience in the coal industry. Brent began their career in 2008 as a Quality Control Engineer at Coal Mac, Inc. (a subsidiary of Arch Coal, Inc.), where they worked until 2010. Brent then joined Arch Coal, Inc. and held various positions, including Cardinal Preparation Plant Engineer, Cardinal Preparation Plant Manager, and Director of Process Improvement. In 2017, Hawley transitioned to Paringa Resources as the Manager of Coal Preparation & Surface Facilities and later became the General Manager. Most recently, they joined Knight Hawk Coal, LLC in 2020 as the Vice President of Operations.

Brent Hawley obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Old Dominion University, where they studied from 2002 until 2007. Later on, in 2012 and 2013, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Charleston.
