Carol Taylor

Carol Taylor has over 30 years of experience in various roles primarily focused on customer service and account management. Currently serving as an Account Manager at Knight Insurance Group since June 2000, Carol has honed skills in managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Prior to this position, Carol gained valuable experience in customer service at Columbia Gas of Ohio from January 1993 to May 2000, and worked in quality control at Jobst Institute from April 1981 to November 1992. Carol is an alumnus of Start High School.
