Chad Knight

Chad Knight is an experienced legal professional specializing in civil litigation, transportation law, toxic tort, and products liability defense. Currently a member at Knight Nicastro LLC since April 2017, Chad previously held a similar position at Hall & Evans from February 2010 to April 2017. Chad's expertise includes representing national transportation companies in railroad and trucking industries, specifically in areas such as Federal Employers’ Liability Act (FELA) cases, grade crossing accidents, highway traffic accidents, and contract litigation. Earlier in Chad's career, as an attorney at Wise Carter Child & Caraway from August 1997 to December 2002, the practice focused on litigation involving transportation, railroad matters, products liability, personal injury, premises liability, and employment issues.
