Previously, Dr. Knight-Reyes consulted as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Integer Technologies LLC, focusing on organizational development and HR strategies. Additionally, a tenure at Peak to Peak Charter School spanned over a decade, where Dr. Knight-Reyes directed the Center for Cognitive Diversity, championing educational excellence and supporting teachers.
