Mark W. Schmitz

Mark W. Schmitz is a Senior Associate at Knight Nicastro MacKay LLC since April 2023, bringing extensive legal experience from prior roles as an Associate Attorney and Law Clerk at Bell Law from May 2015 to April 2023. Mark also served as a Business Law Teaching Assistant at the University of Kansas and worked as a Law Clerk for the Hon. Michael J. Malone at Douglas County District Court. Previous experience includes serving as an Assistant Debate Coach for Shawnee Mission School District. Mark earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2016 and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Philosophy from The University of Kansas in 2013.
