Henry Boeckmann

Henry Boeckmann is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in real estate investment and lending. Currently serving as Vice President at Knighthead Funding, LLC since October 2017, Boeckmann oversees loans for acquisition, renovation, construction, and refinancing secured by diverse real estate assets. Prior to this role, Boeckmann held the position of Director at True North Management Group, LLC from October 2011 to May 2017, managing the acquisition and asset management of properties valued at $135 million and an additional $83 million. Boeckmann began a career in finance at TD Bank as a Senior Loan Officer from April 2005 to October 2011, developing a portfolio of real estate loans, and has held positions at Bear Stearns and as Principal at Henry Boeckmann Jr. & Associates, Inc. Boeckmann earned an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in economics from Bowdoin College.
