Drew Austin is the Founder and Managing Partner of Red Beard Ventures, focusing on early investment in non-consensus sectors, including Web 3.0 infrastructure and tokenomics. As Founder and Managing Director of Denarii Labs, Drew leads a venture accelerator and consulting firm specializing in token design and fundraising. Additionally, Drew co-founded Knights of Degen, a web3 sports gaming studio. Previous experience includes serving as CEO of Wade & Wendy, a recruitment process automation platform acquired by PandoLogic, and co-founding The ConvoS and Campus Socialite Media, marketing agencies targeting college demographics.
