Catherine Langley-Waldron is an experienced retail professional with a diverse background in management and customer service. Currently serving as a Customer Empowerment Coordinator at Knix since October 2022, Catherine has previously held significant roles, including Associate Store Manager at Gap, where expertise in co-managing the top-ranked store in Canada during the holiday season was demonstrated. Catherine's experience extends to LE CHÂTEAU as Store Manager and District Support, overseeing multiple locations in the Greater Toronto area and enhancing sales through effective operations and staff training. Additionally, positions at House of Fraser, The Sock Shop Limited, and Benetton Group contributed to a strong foundation in merchandising, buying, and customer experience. Catherine holds a Fashion Design BTEC and Business Studies degree from The Sheffield College.
