Rachael Thomas

Rachael Thomas is a skilled software engineer and technical support specialist with extensive experience in customer success and engineering roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Founding Developer Success Engineer at Knock, Rachael focuses on empowering developers to effectively utilize the platform. Previously, Rachael held senior technical support engineering positions at Netlify and Gatsby, facilitating user transitions and troubleshooting complex issues. Rachael has also excelled in roles at Duda, WorkN, and Turbine Labs, where problem-solving, documentation, and collaboration were key responsibilities. Rachael’s educational background includes a Front-End Engineering certificate from Turing School of Software & Design and a degree from the University of Colorado Boulder, complemented by an international study experience at Universitat de les Illes Balears.
