Mario DeSimone has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Mario started their career as a Co-Owner/Manager at AZ Core Properties, LLC, where they purchased properties at trustee sales and property auctions and managed their construction and remodeling. Mario then worked as a Realtor at Cosmopolitan Properties/Realty Executives International, where they served as a buyer's agent for local and Canadian clients and worked with trustee sales and property auctions.

Following this, Mario worked as a New Home Counselor at Beazer Homes, utilizing consultative selling to identify opportunities and maintain good relationships with customers. Mario then served as a Community Sales Manager at Grand Homes, where they maximized sales by demonstrating the value and quality of new homes and ran all aspects of the sales office.

Mario also worked as a Custom Home Sales/Project Manager at Palais Builders, where they worked with clients through the process of home conceptual design and layout. In these roles, they provided support and guidance to borrowers and their agents, managed realtor relationships, and generated accurate market analyses and offers on behalf of clients.

Mario DeSimone has a Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Management from the DeVry Institute of Technology. In 2014, Mario obtained a Texas Real Estate License from the Champions School of Real Estate.
