Tom Lucia has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies. Tom is currently working as a Client Success Manager at Knock® CRM since 2022. Prior to this, they were employed at Yardi from 2016 to 2022, where they held the positions of Senior Account Manager and Account Manager. In these roles, Tom excelled as a consultant and strategic partner to various property management corporations, overseeing partnerships and acting as the primary point of contact for clients. Tom also liaised with Product Management and Development teams and tailored screening policies to client-specific needs. Before Yardi, Tom worked at inSegment as a Client Services Manager from 2015 to 2016. In this role, they collaborated with clients and developers on web design and development projects, managed project tasks and deadlines, and spearheaded content marketing strategies.
Tom Lucia completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School from 2008 to 2010.
