Scarlet Montilla

Scarlet Montilla has been working in the digital content industry since 2016. In that year, they began their career as the Social Media, Strategy and Creativity Director at E.V. Agencia Creativa y de Negocios, where they were responsible for leading the community management team and creating, curating, and implementing content strategies for social networks. In 2017, they joined Mashup Interactive Agency as a Digital Content Strategist, where they were responsible for creating content strategies for consumer goods, as well as creative conceptualization, production, planning, and management of social networks. In 2018, they moved to MRM as a Digital Content QA Analyst, where they were responsible for quality assurance of digital advertising pieces, such as banners and e-mails, and reporting any bugs or inconsistencies. In 2020, they joined WOWO Creative as a Social Media Strategist, where they created content strategies for startup brands and local brands focused on a sustainable economy, as well as content copywriting for social media, email templates, and corporate documentation. Currently, Scarlet is working for Knocking as a Quality Assurance Team Lead and Quality Assurance Tester, where they are a member of the Technology and Development Team as a functional tester for e-commerce, as well as performing quality assurance for features developed for online stores and checking the correct integration between existing and new features. Additionally, they are a Content Creator for a small business Instagram account, where they are responsible for content creation, posts writing, video producing, community management, organic content display, daily maintenance of activity, and content curation.

Scarlet Montilla completed their Licenciatura in Publicidad from Universidad 'Alejandro de Humboldt' between 2013 and 2017. Scarlet then obtained several certifications from various institutions, including Domestika, Potenciate Online, LinkedIn, and Lynda.com, between 2018 and 2020. Most recently, in 2021, Scarlet Montilla completed a Posgrado in Escritura Creativa from Flacso M\u00e9xico Oficial.
